cbs4.com — 26 year old Kevin Kearney is in Critical Condition, but is expected to make a full recovery, after he was picked up off Fort Lauderdale beach by a possible waterspout. He was dragged by the kite he was surfing with. **Kids don't play around in hurricanes!**
